Haliya Pad ~ Cloth Pad 101
How to Use?
- Place cloth pad in the underwear like you normally would with disposable pads.
- Fold one to the center.
- Fold the other one to the center and push the snap buttons together.
How to Wash?
- Wash in cold running water and keep on stomping/squeezing (lightly) until the water runs clear.|
- Soak in clean water and apply mild soap directly to areas with stains. Leave to soak for 30mins to 2hrs. (replace the water every now and then).
- Stretch out your pads to keep their shape and hang them to dry with the inner cloth (White part) facing the sun.
Do’s
- Do wash the cloth pads first before your very first use.
- Make sure the cloth pad is completely dry before storing.
- Lightly squeeze every time you wash. Too much force in squeezing can shorten lifespan and affect the stitch.
- Pin on the sides / wings to dry.
Dont’s
- Don't use bleach.
- Don't use fabric conditioner
- Don't Iron.
- Don't pin the cloth pads on the cotton fiber's surface
- Don't use Strong laundry detergents with bleach
Tips
- You can machine wash cloth pads along with your other laundry but hand wash is still recommended.
- Use hydrogen peroxide to get rid of stubborn stains.
- Wash your cloth pads when in the shower to save water and soap. Stomp it with your feet instead of squeezing.
- Soak your cloth pads with used side facing downward.

If you'll wash it along with other laundry in washing machine, make sure the detergent you are using doesn't contain bleach.
