Returns & Exchanges
Our store sells personal hygiene products and as a result, it may not be returned or exchanged once used or tested. We can return or exchange any ordered item on our website in case of incorrect or defective item delivered, we have a 14-day replacement policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a replacement. Video during unpacking/unboxing and photos of the issue/s will be requested.
Please be informed that for any refund or exchange, the items must be returned in the original packaging. We hold the right to refuse any refund or exchange upon inspection if we find the item/s to be ineligible for refund, washed, used or if there is no proof that we delivered a defective/incorrect item/s.
You may contact us at email@example.com to discuss this. If your return or exchange reason is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send the package. Items returned to us without coordinating with us first will not be accepted.
