  • You received the wrong product or wrong size.  (Oops! Our bad, We are so sorry)
  • Your HaliyaCup Menstrual Cup tears within 6 months of receiving it. (This means there is an unexpected air bubble during production)
✅ To process a return or exchange for Wrong/Defective Product or Wrong Size, please make sure of the following:
  • Item is unused, and in its original packaging
  • You have a video while unboxing the package received
✅ To process a return or exchange for HaliyaCup Menstrual Cup that tears within 6 months of receiving it, please make sure of the following:
  • Picture and Video of HaliyaCup Menstrual Cup
  • Coordinate or provide us your verified social media account
Please note:We reserve the right to decline any refund or exchange request after inspection if: 
  • The item has been used, tampered with, or is no longer in its original condition
  • The tear is due to external factors (e.g., animal bites, ant damage, etc.)
  • The cup was intentionally damaged
  • The item does not meet our return criteria
To initiate a return or exchange, contact us at hello@haliyacup.com or message us on any of our official social media accounts. Once your request is reviewed and approved, we will send detailed instructions on how and where to send your item.
 Important: Items sent back without prior coordination will not be accepted

Warranty: Returns & Exchanges - APPLICABLE TO ALL ITEMS

We can return or exchange any ordered item on our website in case of the following scenarios:

  • Product sent was incorrect and not the same as what is ordered and paid for.
  • Product received was defective when received.

We have a 14-day replacement policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a replacement. Video during unpacking/unboxing and photos of the issue/s might be requested.

Please be informed that for any refund or exchange, the items must be returned in the original packaging. We hold the right to refuse any refund or exchange upon inspection if we find the item/s to be ineligible for refund, washed, used or if there is no proof that we delivered a defective/incorrect item/s.

You may contact us at support@haliyacup.com or any of our Social media accounts to discuss this. If your return or exchange reason is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send the package. Items returned to us without coordinating with us first will not be accepted.
