How to Use?

1. Sterilize the cup in (1) boiling water for 5-8mins or (2) a microwaveable container with water for 1.5-2 mins or (3) hot water for 5-8mins (repeat 2-3 times). Let the cup cool down before following the next step.
2. Wash your hands. Make sure your nails are short and clean.
3. Fold the cup.
4. (In a wide squat on the bathroom floor, or with one leg up on the toilet seat, or while sitting on the toilet) Insert the cup slowly while still holding the fold. Release the fold once halfway through your insertion.*Empty the cup’s contents before it gets full. On heavy days, check your cup every 2-4hrs, on regular flow 4-6hrs and on light days, empty and wash the cup every 8-12hrs.

Care Instructions to Avoid Stains/Smell:

• Always wash the cup with running cold water to avoid stains.
• Sun dry. Leave it to dry in something with a bit of sun but is not too hot. Just find a sunny spot and leave it there for few hours
• Wash with oil free and fragrance free soap, facial wash or feminine wash.
• Vinegar solution. Mix half water and half vinegar and let the cup sit there for an hour.
• Don’t wear for longer than 12hrs in a day (remove to empty and wash in running water).

How to Use the Sterilizer Cup/Container

•  Fill the Sterilizer cup with water until the waterline indicator
• Put menstrual cup inside
• Close the lid
• Microwave for 1.5-2mins
• Let the cup cool down before taking it out in the microwave
